Green screen technology refers to the technique in which two images are merged together to give an effect of one realistic photograph. In this process, an image's color removed to reveal another image behind it. The settings colors are either blue or green. However, green color is mainly used. It is so as image sensors in digital video cameras are most sensitive to this color. Another advantage is that less light is required to light up the color due to its higher sensitivity in image sensors.
